Bookingprocedure
Dear Holiday maker,
We would be pleased if you choose to enjoy your holiday in one of our holiday homes, just send us an e-mail inquiry. Please include your arrival and departure date as well as the number of fellow travellers. We will answer your request as soon as possible and send you a reservation form.
In order to make a firm reservation we require a deposit of 10% of the total rental price.
As soon as you have filled out and returned this reservation form to us, we will send you our bank details for the deposit.You will receive your booking confirmation after your deposit has been credited into our account.
Please note: Since simultaneous booking/reservation requests can lead to double booking your booking is only guaranteed after we have send your booking confirmation.
Please transfer the remaining payment at least 4 weeks prior to departure. If there are less than 4 weeks between your booking and arrival, the entire rental price is due.
When renting a holiday home, a deposit must be paid. ( The amount depends on the object of your choice and can be found in the respective advertisement).
Please bring the deposit in cash to the handover of the keys. You will receive it back from us by bank transfer within a week after your departure, provided that the accommodation has been left in good condition.

Shortly before your holiday you will receive an e-mail from us with guest forms, which you are kindly requested to fill out and bring to the handover of the keys together with the deposit.
Your holiday accommodation can be occupied from 16:00 hours onwards and must be vacated on the day of departure by 10:00 hours at the latest. We always try to allow earlier arrivals and later departures, but this requires prior consultation with us. We ask for your understanding if this is not always possible – especially in the high season. Please note that we charge a fee of 25,00€ for arrivals and departures outside office hours (20:00 -8:00 o’clock).
You need to call us half an hour before arrival at the following telephone number so that we can welcome you at the house in time and your holiday can start as soon as possible.

On the hand over of the property we will show you to your holiday domicile, read the electricity meter reading with you and will be available to answer any questions you may have.
