We take care of the arrival and departure of the guests (personal reception service), the cleaning of your property and provide bed linen and towels.
We offer a first-class concierge service – seven days a week our team is directly on site and there for your guests.

We only receive remuneration as soon as your holiday home is successfully rented out.
No additional or hidden commissions / costs for you.

In the occupancy calendar you can see all bookings and you will also receive a notification from us as soon as we have a firm booking. Of course you can reserve your own holiday dates.

No uncertainties with payment transactions and means of payment. We take over the complete payment processing. You will receive a monthly statement with your income.
