The Designvilla is equipped with every possible comfort and technical convenience to make your stay a luxury interlude.
Villa Lizo has 3 floors. The main level has an full equipped open kitchen walking over into the livingroom with fireplace. Also you find here the masterbedroom with bathroom en suite.
From here you step on to the pool area (the pool can be heated) with barbecue and TV. Inside or outside. You can enjoy the breathtaking view over the sea.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms. Here also you have the fantastic views.

In the apartment, which is on the same property and can be reached via the pool terrace or from the street with its own front door, there are 2 more bedrooms. Also here are large windows that let you see the sea. In the living room, also with sea view, is a sofa bed for 2 people.
The rental prices are for the main house or up to 8 guests. If you arrive with several guests and need the apartment, €500.00/week will be added to the rental price.

Meter reading will be done for electricity. Included is 30 Kw usage per day the additional is charged against 0,40€ per Kw.and has to be paid at the end of the stay in cash.
