Villa America with access to a small beach cove with stones, is arranged on two levels and offers plenty of outdoor space. There is various terraces for every time of the day, depending if you are looking for sun or shade. The integrated outdoor BBQ Grill plus the High-end Weber Gas Grill make it easy to entertain for big groups.
Bedrooms have air conditioning, plus the dining area has air conditioning.
The bedrooms are small, downstairs bathroom and bed room is not renovated.
One bedroom upstairs has a view, the others are facing towards a courtyard, which belongs to the house.
All bedrooms are very quiet and peaceful.
The small cove just down the stairs provides shade and one can go into the water from there. As this is all nature there, therefore at times, depending on the wind, there can be some sea weed in the cove.
